Paul Priestman, is a world-leading industrial designer, known for envisioning and delivering complex, high-profile transport projects.  Anticipating the social and environmental needs of the future, Priestman’s projects from products to public transport systems show how design can improve life in a way that is simultaneously sustainable for the planet.

He is Chairman and Creative Director of PULI innovation a company that provides expertise in research, design, innovation and engineering to companies, cities, and governments to realise and implement their future transportation, products, and services. PULI innovation specialises in working with organisations to develop their future products and services, bring them to life before they exist for public engagement, testing the market and assessment before investment. PULI innovation is based in Shanghai and specialises in the regions of the Pacific Rim.

Paul is Global Creative Director of China Railways and Rolling-stock Company [CRRC], Chair of the Design Age Institute Design Advisory Panel, an ex-president of the Design Business Association and Trustee of the Design Council. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art and Royal Society of Arts and a recipient of the London Design Festival Design Medal.
